Youth Empowerment Program

2025 was the year we served the most students and families to date. The 4th Annual Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Program Holiday Giveback was magical! During the holiday season, we were honored to serve 1,400 students and families, spreading hope, love, and joy throughout our community.

Because of the incredible support of our community partners, sponsors, and volunteers, the holidays were made brighter as students received toys, clothing, hygiene items, and food—meeting both hearts and needs during the season of giving. When we link arms, real impact happens. Thank you to everyone who stood with us and helped make this powerful giveback event possible. Together, we are building stronger families and brighter futures.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrated strength, community, and connection with a ladies hike at Lone Mountain. Moving our bodies and conquering peaks together, we enjoyed a peaceful walk along the scenic Lone Mountain trail.

We laughed, connected over great conversations, poured into one another and ultimately walked away with a renewed strength and energy. Stay tuned for the next!
