Jen Bambao has dedicated over 20 years to youth and community development, women empowerment, and cultivating local arts and culture. Originally from Sacramento, California, she was the owner of Capitol Roots Studio & Productions, a dance studio and event production company that cultivated and empowered the Sacramento street culture and community. Capitol Roots provided an inspiring and creative space for collaboration, artistic expression, leadership development for youth and aspiring artists. In 2012, her and her family uprooted to Las Vegas, Nevada. She then returned to her career in the non-profit sector in Development/Fundraising with organizations such as Camp Spin Off, United Way of Southern Nevada, to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada raising over $3.7 million for the community Southern Nevada. Jen Bambao recently ventured into real estate development in both California and Nevada. As a social enterprise entrepreneur is she an independent consultant for small non-profits, businesses, and entrepreneurs, providing creative strategic planning, organization, and development-bringing vision to fruition. True to her calling, she is also launching her non-profit, The Good Workz, with a mission to impact, empower, and inspire creative impact for social good.
