MJ is a proud curly-haired entrepreneur, millennial mother and military wife. As an influencer and blogger, she has completed over 100 brand collaborations with notable brands such as @cocacola @costco and @oreo all while sharing her musings on motherhood, fashion, beauty, and other lifestyle topics.

Utilizing her passion for social media and fulfilling the urge to help others achieve their business dreams, MJ shares how to harness the power of social media to create a life on your own terms on her podcast, A Life by You.

She has also extended her support with coaching and e-course programs as well as a done-for-you social media agency. Ultimately, MJ strives to help other women develop a sustainable social media strategy to create impactful content on your own terms.

Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska Natetisha brings a wealth of knowledge in the beauty industry providing elite, top notch services having been voted Best of Denton. LashUp BrowDown is known for their stellar academy, training students in lash application, micro blading and much more.

As the Founder and CEO Natetisha McIntosh, oversees the daily operations of the studio while managing her LashUp BrowDown VIP members. She believes each and every person who walks in is a part of the LUBD family, and of course VIP status and service is a must.  Natetisha’s passion derived as a lash artist 10 years ago in Anchorage, AK where she maintained a full part time clientele. As she grew within the beauty industry with microblading, and is now an advanced certified permanent makeup specialist. After several years Natetisha has always had a passion for education, and knew it was time she shared her experience with others.

She truly is an innovator, in the training of her students and her services. The love and passion Natetisha has in this industry shows through her attention to detail, and guidance to her students. Natetisha has created a solid foundation with her students. They are able to contact her with any questions, and even come by her studio for inspiration.

Mentoring and being that helping hand is no doubt who she is. If you would have asked Natetisha 10 years ago was this her dream, she would have said, “No, not in a million years would I have saw myself here”. It was when she picked up her first set of tweezers, and serviced her first lash client. Her client stated when she opened her eyes, “I’ve never felt so beautiful (with tears in her eyes)”. In that moment Natetisha didn’t know how far her career would take her, but she knew she had to be apart of making others feel beautiful inside and out.

A Las Vegas resident since 1999, Brittany DuPree holds two degrees from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) - a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Mass Media Studies and a graduate degree in Public Administration with a Non-Profit Management Certification.

Brittany has worked within the Las Vegas Non-Profit sector for more than a decade holding positions such as Resource Development Director for Communities in Schools of Nevada, Community Impact Director for Democracy Prep at The Agassi Campus, Associate Development Director for Olive Crest – Strong Families, Development Director for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and Communications Manager for Nathan Adelson Hospice.

As the Director of Individual and Foundation Partnerships for Teach for America Las Vegas, Brittany is responsible for fundraising and forming community partnerships to support the organization’s vision that ONE DAY all children will have access to an excellent education. She is passionate about her work and firmly believes we can break generational poverty by ensuring education equity for all children.

A proud 2016 alumni of “Leadership Las Vegas”, Brittany also serves as a Graduate Professor for UNLV, empowering future non profit leaders and sits on the Board of Directors for Golden Rainbow, Leaders in Training and is the IDEA Chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Brittany was named one of Vegas Inc's 2020 Top 40 Under 40, a 2021 Jameson Fellow, and most recently a certified Life Coach in The Mind Rebel Method. 

She is a wife, a mom to three thriving children and enjoys working out, volunteering and spending time with family and friends. Notably, she is known to live by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. quote “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

L'Oreal Paris 2019 Women of Worth Ni’cola Mitchell, Founder of Girls Who Brunch Tour, is a Best-Selling Author who made the Forbes List as a Change Maker in 2019 and Black Enterprise 2015 as one of the 5-Follow Worthy Bloggers to Watch. She recently received the 2021 Visa She’s Next Black Women-Owned Business Grant Recipient. Through her independent publishing company NCM Books, Ni’cola published numerous titles which have been featured on various best-selling lists throughout the country.

Much of her work revolves around complex relationship issues and Mitchell’s compulsive desire to see women overcome challenges. Ni’cola is the owner of Strategic Connections Plus, a start-up business consulting firm that facilitates the growth of small business. She has penned 17 novels, published 125 titles, and has helped over 1k authors and independent publishers publish their books successfully.

Ni’cola has also received the 2020 George H. W. Bush’s Daily Points of Light Award and the 2020 Civility for the Girl Child Initiative Honoree. As a victim of domestic violence, Ni’cola Mitchell understood first-hand how at-risk youth are significantly less likely to successfully transition into adulthood due to a lack of resources and opportunity.

Her own past led her to create Girls Who Brunch, a non-profit that combats this cultural epidemic by addressing low-income communities, and sponsoring girls in foster care, as well as sex trade victims and teen mothers. Through mentorship, workshops, STEAM training, and panel facilitations, Girls Who Brunch teaches different ways of thinking that ultimately enables at-risk girls to succeed and flourish. Through her work with Girls Who Brunch, she has positively impacted and equipped over 24K girls nationwide on ground and virtually.
