Our June Empowerment Workshop with Coach Rose Peterson was phenomenal! Coach Rose navigated us through understanding the importance of our health, the do/don’ts, choosing the right plan incorporating foods, exercises and nutritional value that will help us achieve our goals. We perfected our squat form, yes ladies we got down and did it correctly! :)

Dr. Giddings is dually certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner; she is the owner of Peaceful Mind Psychiatric Services in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Alabama. Dr. Giddings is the current President of the Nevada Chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA). She is an expert clinician, speaker, and educator on mental health issues. Dr. Giddings is a former UNLV Assistant Professor in both graduate and undergraduate nursing studies. She has published in the International Journal of Nursing Education Scholarship. As a mental health advocate in the community, Dr. Giddings is committed to decreasing the stigma of mental health illness and improving access to care. Kicking off January 2021, we have an amazing lineup of speakers for you and you won’t want to miss episode 5 this Thursday, with Vegas’s own Dayna Roselli. Dayna Roselli is the co-owner and co-founder of Insightful Media Company. She’s also the co-host of the “Vegas Revealed” podcast with Sean McAllister. Prior to owning her company, Dayna was a television news co-anchor and breaking news anchor for Good Morning Las Vegas and Midday on KTNV-TV Channel 13. She took that job after two years as a morning radio co-host on CBS Radio’s KXNT. Dayna moved to Las Vegas in 2004 and worked at KLAS-TV as a helicopter reporter, traffic anchor, and morning co-anchor for 8 years.
She has been a journalist for 24 years. WOW! Fifteen of those have been in Las Vegas, winning several Emmy Awards for best morning show. She has also received the College of Southern Nevada Women’s Leadership Award, two times, and landed on the “My Vegas Magazine” Top 100 Women of Influence list, three times. Dayna is also proud of her BIBO Award for Outstanding Media Leadership and her Electronic Media Award. Dayna has supported Heart To Heart, having been a panelist for the annual Your Bold Is Beautiful event in 2019. Sharing her testimony, bravery, and the REAL stories inspired many.
Dayna is originally from Rochester, New York and graduated from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
